Praise

Learning to deal with a chronic illness includes praising God.

Today’s Bible Verse:

Psalm 86:12, “I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.”

What the Verse Means:

We glorify God by praising him. Our end as the creation of God is to worship God. While nothing we do can add to God’s glory, when we honor Him it exalts Him in the eyes of others.

When we praise God, we spread his fame and renown. Praising God is one of the highest and purest acts of religion. It has been said, in prayer we act like men; in praise, we act like angels.
